the Position: - Children's Recovery Center is looking for
compassionate nurses to help teenagers recover from mental health
and substance addiction difficulties.Our registered nurses, under
the supervision of the Director of Nursing, conduct physical
assessments, implement residents' treatment plans, evaluate
response to treatment, provide complete documentation, perform
physical restraint assessments, administer medications as
prescribed, and provide health care education to residents and
families. The registered nurse supervises the daily duties of the
Mental Health Techs and LPNs, ensuring that all residents are kept
safe. Duties are performed in accordance with the ANA Standards of
Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, as well as the
facility's and ODMHSAS's mission, values, policies, and
professional standards. Job Type/Salary: -Full-time (12-hour
shifts)
- Shifts: -7:00am - 7:00pm and 7:00pm -7:00am. Night shifts
needed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Full-time
and Part-time positions available! -
- Contracts are available $50 - $55/hr!
- Annual Base Salary:
- Registered Nurse I: $70,000+
- Registered Nurse II: $72,500+
- Registered Nurse III: $76,500+
- Full Compensation range of $68,659 -to $91,969, depending on
the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include
base salary and benefits allowance to help you pay for your
benefits. -
- Primary Working Hours are vary based on the needs of the
facility.
- FLSA Status: Exempt Additional Compensation: Along with our
great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working
outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are
stacked on top of your base pay wen working evenings, nights,
-weekends, or holidays. - Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse I: -Associate in nursing and possession of a
valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved
by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License
recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Registered Nurse II: -Bachelor's in Nursing and possession of a
valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved
by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or -Registered Nurse License
recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) -OR
Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing
experience OR Associate in Nursing and two years of LPN experience
in psychiatric nursing.
- Registered Nurse III: -Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and
possession of a valid, permanent Oklahoma license as a registered
nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and one year of
professional nursing experience; or an Associate Degree in Nursing
and two years of professional nursing experience; or an Associate
Degree in Nursing and three years of LPN experience in psychiatric
nursing
- Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure.

- Upon a conditional offer of employment, Oklahoma Department of
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit
to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination
requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to
push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related
travel normally associated with this position and as such have a

-The Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is located in
Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the
Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS)
treatment center for young people ages 12 through 17. - CRC
provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment
for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma
related conditions. - Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment and
Pre-placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment,
applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to
submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. - Appointment to safety
sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test
result. This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. -
